Boarding begins exactly 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Please arrive early to ensure a seamless check-in and to secure your preferred seating. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show.
- Traffic Warning:
Evening traffic around the historic Al Seef and Bur Dubai districts can be heavy. Please factor in extra travel time if you are arriving by taxi or driving.
- Location:
The cruise departs from the Al Seef waterfront. A precise Google Maps pin and direct WhatsApp contact number will be provided immediately upon booking confirmation for easy navigation.
Dress Code & Etiquette
- Attire:
Smart casual is recommended. While there are no stringent restrictions, extremely informal attire such as beachwear, flip-flops, and very short shorts are not permitted. Please dress respectfully in accordance with UAE culture.
- Evenings on the Water:
The open-air upper deck can get breezy during the winter months. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for evening sailings.

- Identification:
Please carry a valid digital or physical copy of your Passport or Emirates ID, as it may be required for verification.
- Child Policy:
Infants below 3 years of age sail completely free of charge. Children aged 3 to 11 require a child ticket.
- Weather Conditions:
All cruises are subject to favorable weather conditions. In the rare event of a cancellation due to unsafe weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- Holy Month of Ramadan:
During the Islamic holy month, live entertainment (such as the Tanoura dance) may be restricted or unavailable in compliance with UAE government regulations.
