  • Child Policy: Infants below 3 years of age sail completely free of charge. Children aged 3 to 11 require a child ticket.
  • Weather Conditions: All cruises are subject to favorable weather conditions. In the rare event of a cancellation due to unsafe weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
What to bring
    • Your E-Ticket: A digital copy of your Bókun/booking confirmation on your mobile phone is perfectly fine. There is no need to print it unless you prefer to.
    • Valid Identification: A physical or digital copy of your Passport or Emirates ID. This is a standard UAE maritime requirement for all passengers boarding commercial vessels.
    • Payment Method: A credit card or cash if you wish to purchase optional souvenir photographs during the cruise.
    • A Light Jacket (Seasonal): If you are sailing during the winter months (November to March), we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket for the open-air upper deck.
